My name is Branislav Šrámek — a former professional athlete (sprint canoeing, paddleboarding), certified nutrition and longevity coach, and holder of the highest coaching license in the Czech Republic.
I studied law at Charles University in Prague and earned my MBA at the University of Pittsburgh. Today, I help people who want to stay strong, healthy, and full of energy after 50 — and who don’t want to wait until illness strikes.
